Safety is our top priority at Placid Pools.

 
With the support and assistance of a recognised consultancy, Placid Pools pioneered a major commitment to workplace health and safety back in 1992 when it developed its Workplace Health and Safety Policy Statement. This features a work plan specifically for the construction of swimming pools.

Since then we have continued to be innovators of safety in the industry.

Following a recent review of our Safety Manuals & Safety Plans by SPASA we were "assessed as meeting (and in some cases exceeding) the Workplace Health and Safety requirements in Queensland for a construction business, having an in-house safety and health program for use by employers, sub-contractors and employees to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses"
