Why Sapphire?

The words ‘best’ and ‘thrilled’ can be a bit over-used these days but that has exactly been our experience in dealing with the Placid Pools team, right from the concept stage, collaboration with the landscaper, the construction and the handover. Every phase was fuss free. Parts of this build were complex and that’s when the Placid guys really shone. This is the second pool Placid has built for us and we couldn’t be happier. Were we thrilled and was it the best experience? You bet it was!

Dear Placid Pool Team, Thank you and yes we are super excited. I think we are going to be super fit. I had my swimming harness on last night and we can't keep our Isabella mermaid out of the pool! I will send some photos through over the weekend. I just want to thank each and every one of the people who made this dream come to fruition on what a professional and exceptional service you have provided. You all feel like part of the family and if you are ever passing through Kuranda please pop in and have a look or a dip if you wish and have a cuppa. Thank you again and we will see you guys when we come for a water test.

Dear Placid Pools team, You truly have transformed our backyard and given us a whole new lifestyle. Not only did you achieve this in record time but also with minimal disruptions. We are very happy to have relied on your expertise. Thank you for introducing us to the MagnaPool system. What a difference the quality of our water is! Having had a 'normal' salt water chlorine pool in the past we can appreciate and really feel the difference. No more burning eyes for the kids, not even a need to wear goggles. No more dry skin and horrible chlorine smell, a truly relaxing experience. Our hair and skin feel great. Now that we experience what it is like to have a MagnaPool, we will never go back and recommend this to everyone. A big 'Thank you' to the whole Placid Pools Team.
